Wayne Little – the man who made headlines last year after banking the biggest blue shark in British waters at 222lb – has been back among the big fish, landing this 160lb-plus specimen on a recent trip out of Milford Haven, Wales.
Fishing off Andrew Alsop’s White Water III with AT columnist Martin Bowler, the Dorset-based angler boated the specimen on a mackerel.
It was the biggest of several fish taken, with Martin taking a big porbeagle too.
But the trip was perhaps most memorable for the amazing underwater footage taken by cameraman Mick Jackson. He entered a submerged cage at the back of the boat to record some incredible material for a new film.
