William Jennings said he will "always remember" the huge chub he caught recently during a fishing trip on the River Thames.
Fishing with cage feeder tactics, he baited with groundbait, pellets and hemp,presenting a garlic dumbbell boilie alongside.
"After landing a few four-pound chub, the rod ripped off and I connected with a fish that gave a good account of itself," he told us.
"It turned out to be this superb 7lb 2oz specimen, it was a pristine fish."
