Midlands angler Adam Riches made the most of a wet, low-pressure front to land this 17lb 3oz bream.

The fish is his new PB, and was caught from an undisclosed stillwater on heli-rigs and sweet homemade boilie hookbaits.

The huge slab gave him the only bite of a 48hr session, and as soon as he lifted into it he knew he’d connected with what must be his best-ever bream.

For it to be in such great condition was the icing on the cake!
