MAKING the long journey to Scotland from his home in Gloucestershire paid off in spades for Mark Cameron, who landed this 3lb 8dr grayling on trotting tactics.
He was fishing with two friends, and the three of them had a fantastic time, all catching new personal bests. Numerous fish over 2lb were banked, as well as a surprise sea trout and even an 8lb salmon!
The trio all fished the same, using size 16 hooks, 4.4lb line, and large Avon-style floats shotted positively with olivettes.
