Every angler has a dream fish they would love to catch, and while some manage to catch those fish, others never do. Lifelong angler Ray Brown was beginning to think the big perch he had always longed to catch since starting fishing all those years ago was destined to elude him. But after waiting nearly 80 years he finally got his hands on the fish of a lifetime.
