Just a day after the shocking announcement that he has leaving Dynamite Baits after over twenty years of service, carp fishing legend Terry Hearn's next bait company relationship has been revealed.

In a post which has already received thousands of reactions on social media, Sticky Baits have confirmed that he will be joining them, putting Terry alongside an already remarkable list of some of carp fishing's biggest names, including Adam Penning, Tom Maker, Oz Holness, Scott Lloyd and Nick Helleur.

Sticky revealed the news on their Facebook page

In their post on Facebook, Sticky, who produce several incredible carp fishing baits, most notably the Krill and Manilla, described Terry as "the most gifted angler of his generation, whose passion and appreciation of carp fishing has inspired and shaped many anglers."

Sticky boss Tom Anderson also released a statement revealing why, for them, Terry was vital to add to the team, saying: "In this modern social media driven age of carp fishing, I feel our connection to nature and the reason we all started has been lost in the interest of commercial gain.

"I can honestly say that I would not be in the position I am now in the angling industry without the inspiration that Terry gave me in those early days, and now to be able to work with him to promote angling in the right way has left me understandably excited."

Carp anglers will be excited at the possibility of and increase in fishing content from Terry going forward, with Sticky's 'Reflections' series already highly regarded for the remarkable videography and storytelling of their anglers. Many will be looking forward to what this new partnership can produce.
