The fourth series of the Grand Fishing Adventure is set to make a splash on ITV4, with two feature-length episodes airing on Monday 27th April and Monday 4th May at 7:30pm.
Starring Ali Hamidi, Bobby Zamora, Luc Boerrigter, and Roo Abbott, the show dives deeper than ever into the world of carp fishing, exposing myths, testing new baits and tackle, and capturing dramatic underwater action.
This season sees the team tackle contrasting venues, from the intimate Millhayes pool to the vast big-fish Mecca that is Grenville lake, each offering their own unique challenges.
New tactics, including the debut of the OMC bait range and lessons from past seasons, shape their approach as they target the biggest carp yet filmed underwater in the UK.
Host Ali Hamidi promises thrills, breakthroughs, and feel-good moments - culminating in Bobby Zamora’s crowning as the “undisputed underwater champion.” Carp anglers and fans alike can look forward to a cinematic fishing experience, with never-before-seen underwater drama.
“This is our fourth season. The first two followed a more traditional format, with Season 2 introducing underwater filming. For Season 4, we’ve taken things a step further with two extended specials, each an hour and a half long — a first for TV fishing," Ali told us.
"There’s so much depth, story, and narrative in each film that we didn’t want viewers to lose any of it through shorter edits. Our success underwater this time round exceeded expectations — we’re not just hitting targets, we’re smashing them.
“These aren’t just episodes — they’re proper carp fishing films. So, grab your popcorn, watch it unfold, and witness underwater history being made — including the biggest carp ever caught in the UK on an underwater camera," Ali explained.
