A NEW charity angling book is being planned, but it needs your help to get off the ground. ‘Lifelines’ will contain a selection of fishing-related short stories from 28 authors, including Chris Yates, Paul Whitehouse, Hugh Miles and Dom Garnett.

It is being put together by passionate anglers Nathan Walter and Rod Sturdy, who are hoping the book will raise money for two very worthy causes.

Nathan told us:

“We’re Crowdfunding to raise £5,000 to publish the book, and then all future revenue will go to the Royal Marsden Hospital and The John Wilson Fishing Enterprise. The project was started to bring some light to these dark pandemic days and shine a light on angling and anglers who want to give something back.”
