This new design pouch and a frame is fitted with what Drennan calls “super slick rotation bearings” to revolve freely and keep tangles to a minimum.
Natural elastic wear has been minimised by having an attachment peg protruding at 90 degrees from the top of the frame “in the line of pull”. The only downside of this design is that, unlike the Team England catapults, you can only fire it from one side.
Revolution catapults come in four sizes, with the smaller frame Light and Ultra Soft elastic versions being best for pole work.
They’re fitted with cluster feed pouches to guarantee tight groupings and the polymer elastic is not subject to UV light damage.
The Ultra Soft is good for ranges to 13m, the Light Elastic perfect for up to 16m.
