Recently in from Daiwa are these fantastic-looking new Crossfire reels.

Benefiting from Daiwa's latest reel technology, the Crossfire makes for outstanding performance at an incredible cost-effective price point. You get the choice of three eye-catching colours- red, black or gold- in one of three sizes; 2500, 3000 and 4000.

The Crossfire boasts a graphite body and rotor, graphite being both extremely rigid and low weight. Fishing with a rigid reel ensures that all the power you push through your handle is transferred to the fish fight. And if you’re fishing with a heavy reel then you’re never going to be able to achieve the kind of balance that you require to cast and play fish effectively. You can hold a rod with a Crossfire on for hours on end!

An aluminimum spool and handle create durability and strength on key pressure points of the reel. The handle has been machine cut to ensure that there are no weak spots and it's finished with an ergonomic ABS knob for excellent grip. And Daiwa’s ABS II technology means you can cast longer with greater accuracy. This is due to a large diameter spool, which increases in size towards the spools top and allows line to peel off easily, without twists. Also preventing line twist is Daiwa’s Twistbuster II line roller.

Our special offer price of this reel is just £26 for a limited period only. Get yours today!

ANGLING TIMES SAYS

What a serious reel for just £26! Performance wise its up there with models three times its price. Go for the 2500 for spinning and light float work, the 3000 for general feeder and waggler fishing and the 4000 for bigger fish and fishing further out. This is definitely going in our tackle bag, the only dilemma is which colour?
