A 72-hour session on Frimley Pit Four produced one of its trademark big common for Nigel Sharp.
The Wychwood-backed rod caught the 35lb 12oz specimen have baited with particles at the 25-acre Surrey venue.
He said: “This common was the biggest of the bunch and was caught on a double nut hookbait fished over two bucket loads of Spomb mix incorporating hemp, maples, maize, pellets, a few nuts and boilies.
“This was last week and the roll continued this week with three mid-twenties falling to my three rods in quick succession. Two of them were on at once.”
