Change of swims results in 37lb 4oz mirror

A move of swims paid off for John Carson who banked this personal best 37lb 4oz mirror from Temple Lake on the Bury Hill Fisheries complex.

After fishing for almost 48 hours without a bite, he decided to move down to the other end of the lake for the remaining three hours of his session. Less than 60 minutes later he received a blistering run and following a powerful scrap he netted the specimen mirror.

His successful setup consisted of an 18mm Mainline Baits Cell boilie hookbait cast in conjunction with a three bait stringer towards the island.
